There are three kind of ships for those with inqueries :

Room distribution according to levels :

In each case the hulk consists of three separate floors beside the deck level.

Bilge deck :

On the deepest level there are the mechanical machine rooms responseable for running the ship, such as water clarifier, reservoir, full kichen equipment according to your needs and storage rooms.

Bottom deck levels and main deck :

On these levels restaurants, bars, lounges ,conference rooms, meeting rooms, shops or apartments can be established. Reflecting the uniqunqess of the building of the ship, the customer is in permanent contact with our professional engineer and intrerior decorator teams during the process of the contemplation and the construction, so that even minor details can be customized to your needs. It is important to highlight the fact that the exterior appearence and the interior design have to reflect the same style, but on the particular demand of the customer any kind of inner aspect is achieveable.

Functionality:

The finished ship comes with permissions for both inland and sea sailing, so only human imagination can limit it’s utilisation.

In so far as the client does not wish to use the ship as an undertaking or company, we certainly can create a really exclusive environment for private individuals too, with solutions satisfying unique, luxurious pretensions.
